PITCH TO MARKET. Let's Talk

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Pitch to Market is a sole proprietorship operated by Pavel Martynenko, registered in Almere, the Netherlands (KvK 42113078). This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Pavel Martynenko, trading as Pitch to Market, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at pavel@pitch2market.com for any privacy-related question or request.

2. What data this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not run a contact form that stores submissions on our servers. Personal data is only collected when you actively choose to get in touch:

  • Email: if you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message (typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
  • Call scheduling: if you book a call through our scheduling link, Google Calendar collects the name, email address, and any notes you provide as part of that booking. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, since the booking page is hosted by Google, not by us.
  • LinkedIn: if you click through to connect on LinkedIn, any data you share there is governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy, not this one.

3. Why we process this data

We process the data above solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a call, and follow up on a potential business conversation. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, and, where a conversation leads toward a potential engagement, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.

4. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and scheduling data only for as long as it is relevant to our conversation or business relationship, and delete it once it is no longer needed, unless we are required to retain it for longer (for example, for tax or accounting records related to an engagement).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may pass through the third-party services mentioned above (Google Calendar for scheduling, your email provider, and LinkedIn if you choose to use it) as part of their normal operation. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens

To exercise any of these rights, email pavel@pitch2market.com.

7. Changes to this policy

If this website starts using cookies, analytics, or additional third-party tools in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that, along with a cookie consent mechanism where required.

This policy is a plain-language draft describing the site as it currently operates. It is not a substitute for legal advice — we'd recommend a quick review by a Dutch/EU privacy lawyer before relying on it commercially, especially once you add any new tools (analytics, forms, payment processing, etc.) to the site.
